About you

• You’re very detail-oriented. Mistakes jump out at you and you are happy to correct and flag any issues with internal and external team members.
• You are highly organised, and nothing gets lost or forgotten. You pride yourself on making sure everything is prepared and perfect and on time.
• You have systems and processes for making sure things happen on time and are correct.
• You have updated your skills many times and learned how to use new technology and software and are open to learning more.
• You are highly discreet and used to handling confidential information.

And from a technical side (aside from being pretty great with numbers), you’ll also have:

• Experience working in finance in the recruitment industry
• AAT Level 4 or equivalent
• Experience in credit control
• Proficiency in Xero
• Proficiency in Excel
• Data collating and presentation skills.
