NOT ACTIVE : Technical Web Analyst – €60-75k
You’re a talented analyst – but have you stopped to examine why you’re looking for a move right now?
Perhaps you’re tired of working with limited data or repetitive user journeys. Maybe you want to connect customers with products that actually improve their lives. Or is it a lack of flexibility and freedom with your current employer?
This newly created role can solve all those problems for you, and more. Here, you’ll be working with a wealth of data helping to improve a diverse range of user experience. What’s more, you’ll be doing it on platforms that dramatically improve access to healthcare for millions of people whose conditions would otherwise go undiagnosed.
This is a chance to be a part of a well-backed, fast-expanding start-up who are bringing together medical experts and data professionals to transform the way healthcare is delivered.
Part of a team of four, you’ll work with colleagues in marketing, UX design and business intelligence to drive better conversion and customer experiences on the company’s range of B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms
There’s plenty of freedom to add your ideas – you’ll constantly be looking for better, smarter ways of doing things. Optimising Google Analytics and Tag manager (JavaScript) tracking; using Hotjar and AB Tasty to improve user journeys. Or formulating and answering intelligent AB testing questions (not conducting tests or designing wireframes).
There are compelling reasons to take on this role:
INFLUENCE ─ You’ll have a personal influence on the tech stack the company uses across web analytics, testing and optimisation. Your input will be valued here.
VARIETY ─ You’ll be working across three brands and six web shops, each with B2B and B2C customers. That means a wealth of different challenges to solve –no two days are the same.
FLEXIBILITY ─ Beyond attending essential meetings (or one of the regular social events) it’s entirely up to you how often you travel to the office in Munich..
The business itself is a huge draw too. This is a highly credible medical start-up with a Medical Board comprising respected clinicians from more than a dozen disciplines – this has enabled them to attract significant funding. In the last twelve months, they’ve grown their turnover by 400% and expanded the team to 40+ people.
The culture is collaborative and driven, with a hands-on leadership team. You’ll feel encouraged to go way beyond your job description here; to think proactively and contribute new ideas. In turn, you’ll see the impact of your work on the future of the business.
It’s crucial that you can understand what stakeholders need and then find solutions – that’s why we’re looking for good all-round communication skills and a proven ability to work within cross-functional teams.
