and guiding key stakeholders to adopt an effective mindset.
You’ll be working in a particularly forward-thinking part of the business that’s focused on digital product development – a new area of exploration for them.
Part of the company’s Agile Coaching Chapter, you’ll work closely with Agile teams made up of Software Developers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Data Scientists and Digital Innovation Scouts on end-to-end product development spanning a fascinating range of emerging digital health technology.
The products you help to progress have the power to greatly impact human and animal health. Current applications include connecting pet owners with veterinary care, speech recognition systems to spot the early signs of dementia, genome analysis to speed disease discovery, and digital stroke rehabilitation. The possibilities are endless – and you’ll help to realise them.
As for the future? Agile coaching and Scrum Master skills are in high demand across the whole organisation so success in this role will open up lots of development opportunities.
Timescales are tight and most products are in their infancy. That makes this an ideal move for someone who’s comfortable working with uncertainty and change, and confident in forming teams and putting in place structures and processes.
Experience working on early-stage digital product development is key, including an understanding of the metrics required, the process of forming product teams, hypothesis testing, and developing MVPs. Beyond that, we’re looking for as many of the following skills as possible:
