NOT ACTIVE – VP of Product– £150k – £175k + share options, unlimited holidays, healthy lifestyle coverage, medical insurance & more.
Location: Remote with occasional travel around London to partner’s sites.
A new challenge comes from the makers of the best audience attention software in the world.
You could be involved in the creation of an experience platform that enables developers to build and monetise immersive, human behaviour-driven experiences faster, and with less code.
You’ll join a young but well-established international company, where your work will have a direct and immediate impact. You’ll be empowered to run with ideation and bring those ideas to life.
There’s flexibility to work from home (you’ll be supplied with equipment for your home office), an offer of unlimited holidays plus a strong benefits package.
If you are passionate about enabling developers and you enjoy making continuous product discovery with consumers, then this could be the role for you.
The concept behind the platform is to provide consumer-facing components and cloud-scale infrastructure while continuously improving APIs, allowing developers to focus solely on their products and customers.
Essentially, this platform will become the foundational, in-between layer for immersive user experiences in Web3.
The company’s partners include Google, Meta, TikTok, Udemy and Zoom – and you’ll get to work with their teams to advance the offering.
In this VP role, you’ll be responsible for building a team from existing areas of the business, identifying their expertise and ability to help bring the platform to life.
You’ll be confident in generating ideas and validating them, as a lot of the work will focus on working on the scope of the platform and its features and services. You’ll know what the market wants, formulate a solid idea of what to build and then mobilise your team to create it.
For the platform to work, having a technical background is critical as this is a product for other engineers. Without that understanding of how they think, you can’t build the platform.
Naturally, you’ll have a software development/engineering background and have previously built platforms yourself. And, you know what good design looks like, so you’re confident in delivering a product that will actually be used.
You’ll understand how engineers and product teams work, and can easily build networks and relationships with both internal and external teams. You’re happy to grab a coffee and meet the team from TikTok – or if you already have a network, this is a bonus.
You’ll also have:
A technology leader in the emotional AI market that has combined the latest technologies & tools in computer vision, deep learning, and behavioural science to secure multi-million partnerships with several of the world’s largest international brands, agencies, and media companies.
