Unlike the Technical/Implementation Consultants, your role won’t involve deep technical planning but will center on understanding client needs and translating them into actionable tasks for the development team.

You will regularly interact with clients to help them track conversion rates, develop custom dashboards, and optimize their web analytics processes.

ABOUT YOU?

You excel at collaborating with clients to understand their web analytics needs and providing actionable insights. You are skilled at managing multiple projects and have a knack for simplifying complex concepts for clients.

Your skills include:

• Proven experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web analytics concepts, tools, and techniques (in the Adobe stack).
• Familiarity with SEO principles and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple client requests and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in creating and managing detailed technical documentation and tickets for development teams.
